Michael Pearce is the Founder and CEO of Vest Life. As a Trust Attorney with 25 years experience helping parents plan for their family’s future, Michael is an innovator in planning for persons with disabilities. He has created ground-breaking planning solutions such as The 7 Keys to Special Needs Peace of Mind and GONE Planning (go out now & enjoy!).  He built Vest to help parents ensure the well-being and happiness of their child with disabilities, their family, and themselves, too. Vest has now grown to help disability service providers accomplish Michael's mission of transforming the disability dialogue to focus on commonality and positive outcomes for persons with disabilities.

Ken Kerrick

Operations and Technology

Ken is our Chief Information Security Officer. He has served as CIO/CTO/CISO/VP for several companies in the San Francisco Bay Area, Greater Sacramento, and the Central Valley of California. He volunteers much of his spare time giving back to community and is a member of various technology and cyber security organizations. Ken is the proud father of two sons living with ASD.

Joel is Head of Product and Infrastructure at VestLife, Inc. He is innately curious about technology and how it can be used to make everyday life easier and more enjoyable.  His career has taken him through systems development and architecture, infrastructure and business analysis with the constant throughout being a passion for using technology to help businesses transform.  As Head of Product he makes the vision of VestLife a reality, constantly creating additional value for clients.

Keri Horon

Keri Horon

Vest Success Manager

Keri Horon is the Customer Success Manager and Blogger for VestLife. She has a degree in Journalism, a degree in English, and a teaching credential (grades 7-12). As a Mom to a son with special needs, Keri has helped parents on their journey through local support groups, peer coaching sessions, community events, and advocacy work. She enjoys reading, acrylic painting, photography, sketching, writing poetry, and traveling.
